Provider and customers

AIO Detailed Diagnosis is provided to businesses by 株式会社サンユー商会 (Sanyu Shokai Co., Ltd.). JCDA is the information and enquiry platform. Contracting, billing, payments and delivery are handled by the provider.

Service scope

The free check is a reference assessment based on six self-reported answers. It does not automatically verify live AI search results. The detailed diagnosis investigates AI recognition, recommendations, competitors, sources and improvement priorities, and provides a report. AI answers vary with time and prompts; no specific ranking, recommendation or sales outcome is guaranteed.

Applications, prices and payment

The free check costs JPY 0. AIO Detailed Diagnosis costs JPY 29,800 including tax, paid once. Submitting an enquiry does not charge you. After reviewing the diagnosis scope and target, purchase by card through Stripe. Other ongoing services are quoted separately and provided after agreement. The detailed diagnosis does not start an automatic subscription.

Information and delivery

Provide the business website, target services, markets, main competitors and contact details required for the diagnosis. Results are normally delivered within seven business days after payment confirmation. If missing information or another issue could delay delivery, we will contact you to discuss arrangements.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations or refunds for customer convenience are generally not accepted after work starts. If we cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to us, we will arrange a refund or provide it again as appropriate.

Information and privacy

Submit only information you have permission to provide. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
