株式会社サンユー商会 (Sanyu Shokai Co., Ltd., “we”) handles personal information obtained through the AIO diagnosis service appropriately. This policy also applies to AIO enquiries through the JCDA website.

Information collected and purposes

We use company names, websites, contact names, email addresses, optional contact details, enquiries, diagnostic answers, supplied materials and payment status to answer enquiries, manage contracts and billing, provide diagnoses and reports, and communicate about the service.

Payment information

Card payments are processed through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are not collected by our diagnosis forms. Information required for payment is handled under Stripe's privacy policy.

Third parties and service providers

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except with consent or where required by law. We appropriately manage providers engaged for necessary services such as payments and email delivery. We do not publish your materials or transmit confidential information to external AI services without separate consent.

Security and retention

We work to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and loss. Information is retained for the period needed for its purpose and legal retention obligations, then appropriately deleted when no longer needed.

Access, correction and deletion

Requests for access, correction, restriction or deletion are handled in accordance with law after identity verification.
